Line Cooks.

We’re looking for line cooks with 2+ years of experience in fast paced restaurants who want to grow in the industry and gain experience with our team. We responsibly source local produce to create our menus and rotate according to seasons so creative freedom is a part of our program. Our two restaurants are located in Coconut Grove Miami, Krüs Kitchen and Los Félix molino.

Social Media Coordinator.

Are you obsessed with social media and have a constant pulse of what’s trending? Are you a pro creating TikToks and Instagram Reels?  We are looking for a social media coordinator who will support how our brands come to life and continue to grow through our social media channels. The ideal candidate loves story telling, loves pitching ideas/stories and is a pro at executing them quickly and effectively. He/she is responsible for producing, curating, and managing content for all of Grassfed Culture Hospitality social channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Video creator wiz and media buyer proficient

  • Managing social content calendar from start to finish, including working with graphic designers, copywriters, and photographers

  • Reporting on social analytics, inclusive of forecasting/recommendation

  •  Create engaging social media content that’s native and relevant to each platform. IG, TikTok, with an emphasis on video content

  • Daily management of all organic social media posts across all channels, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Maintain a cross-platform posting calendar aligning with key marketing initiatives and project managing creative timelines

  • Responsible for scheduling and deploying all organic social activity across platforms

  • Monitor Brand social channels and act as eyes and ears on social to respond to community members, business queries, and ability to elevate concerns internally as needed

  • Monitor social listening and performance metrics to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, developing regular reports and strategy recommendations

  • Develop brand and marketing strategies and promote brand growth

  • Set clear channel and social campaign goals and KPIs and consistently track and report against them, using industry and historical benchmarks to measure success, share insights and develop action plans

  • Organize weekly meetings with kitchen / management / FOH teams and project progression updates

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in a digital marketing position and in various social media (personal or professional) channels

  • An obsession with all things food and culture, an easy-going sense of humor, and passion for all types of content

  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms (mailchimp, asana, later, airtable, figma)

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, which includes working closely with the founders as well as cross-functionally with our culinary, operations, and leadership teams

  • Understanding that weekends and weeknights are sometimes required (minimally, to reply to DMs and comments)

  • Fully understand and embody can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you

  • A proactive team player that embodies our spirit of entrepreneurship and mutual respect

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and proven time and project management skills

  • Incredible attention to detail

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our events, concerts, and brand.

  • Manage and oversee our social media platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent communication.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign results to inform future marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on results.

  • Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
