  • Josh Hackler

    A man of many talents but with notable expertise in wine, with Josh Hackler you get one of those few and far between souls who end up doing the thing they’re supposed to do from the very beginning. Josh began working in the restaurant industry at age 11 and upon graduating college founded Spanish Vines, a Spanish wine import company. Since then, he has worked with multiple South Florida hospitality groups until co-founding Grassfed Culture Hospitality in 2020, and launching Miami eateries Krüs and Los Felix, both embodiments of the term labor of love. As the son of a restauranteur, with Grassfed Hospitality, Josh has managed to build his own road to the destiny that patiently awaited him.

  • Sebastián Vargas

    It is said, when you travel far enough, you eventually meet yourself. And so it was with Sebastian Vargas, originally a native of Colombia, who found culinary inspiration while perusing the markets of New Delhi, India. He subsequently enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America and went on to work at some of the best restaurants around the world during the past decade. He has trained under Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana), Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park) and Magnus Nilssen (Faviken) before it closed its doors. In 2020, he co-founded Grassfed Culture Hospitality which has birthed Miami eateries Krüs and Los Felix, both helmed by the singular genius of Chef Vargas, but each with entirely distinct taste experiences.

  • Pili Restrepo Hackler

    Born in Colombia, raised in Spain, and schooled in Italy, Pili Restrepo navigates the world with thoughtful reflection, a creative lens, and a design eye. While growing up, her natural artistry found sustenance through making bread at her uncle’s bakeries every summer, and as an adult, through her jewelry design. Pili’s seeing bends beyond the surface to the lesser-known, the fine details, the special touches. The tastemaker for all design, editorial, and branding elements, it is through Pili’s eyes that the vision for Krüs and Los Félix, comes together. Because it is fundamentally uncool to call something cool, it shall remain unsaid that Pili is what makes all the ventures of Grassfed Culture Hospitality, cool.
